CARE INSTRUCTIONS

*PLEASE DO NOT USE ABRASIVE MATERIALS / CHEMICALS ON ANY OF YOUR PIECES.

CERAMIC | POTTERY | GLASS
Mild soap, with a soft cloth. Hand or Air Dry.

DO NOT use Bleach to clean stained pottery, it will eat away at the glaze, and ceramic.

STERLING SILVER | SILVER-PLATE
Mild soap, with a soft cloth if washing needed.
Non-Abrasive Silver Polish, with a soft cloth, if polishing desired.

COPPER
Mild soap, with a soft cloth if washing needed.
Non-Abrasive Copper Polish, with a soft cloth, if polishing desired.

BRASS
Mild soap, with a soft cloth if washing needed.
Brasso Brass Polish, with a cloth, or magic eraser if polishing desired.

WOOD
Polish w/ Bees Wax Polish For Non-Food Items
Non-Toxic Food Safe Cutting Board Wax for Food Items
Tinted Wood Polish / Stain Can be used if discoloration / water damage happens.

RETURN & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the antique and vintage nature of our products, all sales are considered final upon purchase. Our items carry the charm and character of their age, which often includes wear and imperfections that are intrinsic to their history. We encourage our customers to thoroughly review the product descriptions, photographs, and ask any questions before making a purchase.

Cancellations

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel an order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible within this timeframe to process the cancellation. Cancellations requested after the 24-hour period cannot be honored due to our commitment to quick and efficient processing of orders.
